Winemaker's Notes
This wine has wonderful flavors of asparagus, bell pepper, grapefruit and spicy clove. This wine is a blend of 92% Semillon, 8% Chardonnay. This wine retains 0.7% residual sugar to balance out the finish of the acid. Chicken chowder with corn and roasted red peppers or grilled asparagus with aged prosciutto would be an excellent accompaniment to this well-balanced wine.
